Role Overview
Support enterprise Identity and Access Management operations and projects across Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, identity synchronization, authentication services, and directory migration initiatives.
Participate in directory transformation programs and help maintain secure, reliable identity services across hybrid environments.
Active Directory Administration
- Manage users, groups, organizational units, Group Policy Objects, and domain services.
- Perform provisioning, user modifications, and deprovisioning activities.
- Troubleshoot authentication, replication, DNS, and directory-related issues.
- Support health monitoring, maintenance, and Active Directory security best practices.
Microsoft Entra ID Administration
- Manage users, groups, licenses, role assignments, and administrative units in Microsoft Entra ID.
- Configure and support Microsoft Entra Connect synchronization services.
- Support SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, identity lifecycle management, and application integrations.
