Overview

  • We are looking for a motivated and detail oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team for an 8 week internship.
  • This is an excellent opportunity for a final year student interested in building a career in Human Resources, specifically in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • The intern will support the recruitment team with interview coordination and initial candidate screening while gaining hands on experience in end to end hiring processes.

Your role

  • Assist in scheduling interviews across multiple stakeholders and managing calendars.
  • Coordinate with candidates to ensure a smooth interview experience.
  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability (skills, motivation, availability).
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Support the recruitment team in job posting and sourcing activities.
  • Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to recruitment.

About you

  • Final year student (Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field).
  • Strong interest in Talent Acquisition / HR.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Preferred Skills

  • Previous internship or exposure to HR/recruitment is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong stakeholder coordination skills.
