Intern QC Small Molecules 80-100%

Support QCII laboratories in maintaining compliance with GMP, ISO, and Quality requirements.

Assist with CAPA implementation, investigation management, and timely closure of quality events.

Partner with laboratory teams to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.

Drive and support Data Integrity, Good Documentation Practices (GDocP), and data management initiatives.

Support 6S activities and help improve laboratory organization and operational excellence.

Prepare and maintain documentation for audits, inspections, SOPs, and compliance programs.

Contribute to training activities, GEMBA walks, and the promotion of a strong quality implementation across QC II.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Strong interest in Quality Control, Compliance, and regulated environments.

Basic understanding of GMP regulations is an advantage.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and laboratory personnel.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Good written and verbal communication skills in English German is mandatory
