Position Responsibility

1.

Assist in sorting out customer demands and potential business opportunities from customer and partner meetings.

Support colleagues to sort out core client goals, sort out basic project technical ideas, collate potential solution risks and project promotion plans, assist in compiling basic project schedule and cost data, and organize documents throughout the project lifecycle.

2.

Support drafting business value solutions and proposals for clients, assist in preparing presentation materials, and help prepare relevant materials for proof-of-concept verification to sort out technical feasibility information.

3.

Learn basic infrastructure demands of mainstream industries, assist in sorting out basic technical solutions matching customer needs, help screen suitable technologies and collect basic resource demand information for solution implementation.

4.

Assist in compiling technical documents including project files, training materials and on-site reference documents.

Cooperate with HQ team to collect local demands and follow up relevant information of product feature optimization.

5.

Assist in providing basic technical popularization, training assistance and daily technical support for presales staff of partners.

6.

Complete other temporary ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.

Professional Skills

1.

Passionate about IT industry and cloud presales field, equipped with basic network knowledge.

Have basic understanding of server, storage, cloud computing, virtualization, hyper converged infrastructure and virtual desktop infrastructure.

2.

Master basic theoretical knowledge of virtualization, Hyper Converged Infrastructure and cloud computing.

3.

Have basic cognition of mainstream virtualization and hyper converged solutions such as Vmware, Simplivity, Nutanix etc.

Possess basic analytical thinking and be willing to learn troubleshooting methods of Sangfor related products.

4.

Candidates with Sangfor product certificates, Vmware VCP/VCAP, AWS/Azure Certified Solution Architect or other relevant certifications are preferred.

5.

Possess good oral and written communication skills, able to use English for daily working communication.

Strong willingness to learn and improve technical & presales capabilities, diligent and responsible.
