JOB SUMMARY: Support daily plant operations with a focus on improving efficiency, productivity, and process performance.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, ROLES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Essential duties and responsibilities include the following.

Assist in analyzing production processes and identifying improvement opportunities

Support implementation of continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma)

Monitor operational KPIs and prepare performance reports

Participate in troubleshooting operational issues on the shop floor

Work closely with engineering and maintenance teams

Support documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs)

EDUCATION, TRAINING, EXPERIENCE:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong academic foundation in areas relevant to the assigned department, such as operations, engineering principles, supply chain, procurement, inventory management, manufacturing, or logistics.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and work in a professional industrial environment.

JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of data analysis tools is a plus

Effective communication and teamwork skills

Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Basic knowledge of manufacturing, operations, or supply chain concepts is preferred
