About the Role

Responsibilities
- Participate in onboarding sessions including company introduction and safety induction
- Gain awareness of HSE policies and workplace safety requirements
- Observe and understand manufacturing processes through workshop tours
- Develop basic knowledge of operations, warehouse, and logistics functions
- Gain exposure to engineering roles and project execution processes
- Understand financial processes including ERP, accounting principles, and reporting
- Observe field service operations including asset management and service coordination
- Learn quality control processes and inspection standards
- Attend knowledge sharing sessions conducted by functional experts
- Prepare and present key learnings at the end of the programme
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a student university program
- Field of study: Computer Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Professional attitude and punctuality
- Basic analytical and observation skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt
