Role Summary
APCO is seeking an intern to support the Arts and Culture practice.
The role provides hands-on exposure to strategic communications and client work in a fast-paced agency environment.
The role is based in Riyadh and reports to a Director.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day client activities and internal communication for Arts and Culture clients.
- Prepare status reports, meeting notes, trackers, presentations, and client decks.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, approvals, deadlines, and progress updates.
- Support campaign execution under the guidance of senior team members.
- Coordinate with PR, content, digital, and creative teams.
- Draft press releases, media pitches, briefing notes, announcements, and other written content.
- Research industry trends, cultural initiatives, arts programming, and relevant client topics.
- Contribute to campaign ideas, content planning, and presentation development.
- Assist with new business research and proposal preparation when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree student or fresh graduate in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, International Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
