Position Summary
The Digital Account Manager supports digital strategy development and implementation across assigned client accounts.
The role manages client relationships, coordinates integrated digital projects, supports strategic planning, and oversees digital, social media, content, and creative deliverables.
Strategic Development and Planning
- Support digital and social media strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Contribute to channel plans, content frameworks, campaign approaches, and activation plans.
- Translate client requirements and briefs into actionable digital recommendations and implementation plans.
- Monitor digital performance, audience behavior, and industry trends to identify optimization opportunities.
- Contribute to proposals, strategic recommendations, and new business opportunities where required.
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for assigned client accounts.
- Build strong working relationships with client stakeholders through responsive communication and reliable delivery.
- Support client meetings, status calls, presentations, planning discussions, and performance reviews.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, approvals, and client expectations across ongoing workstreams.
