About Bybit

Customer Support and Issue Resolution

• Act as the card payment expert for Customer Service and resolve escalated support tickets within service-level agreements.
• Investigate card payments, applications, rewards, and other card-related usage concerns.
• Use logs, databases, and internal or external portals to identify root causes and resolve issues with internal stakeholders and vendors.

Market Launches and Improvement

• Support testing, beta releases, and issue identification for new market or product launches.
• Coordinate with compliance, risk, finance, product, and technology stakeholders for market operations.
• Analyze trends and performance data to identify operational improvements and potential issues.

Product Operations

• Provide card operations and market intelligence insights in product discussions.
• Drive product ideas, improvements, and enhancements that improve the cardholder experience and scale the product.

Operational Management

• Oversee settlement reconciliation with processors and BIN sponsors.
• Manage vendor issue resolution, rewards operations, physical card stock, and user retention initiatives.
• Initiate vendor payment requests, reconcile invoices, and support timely settlement of funds.
• Manage issuer, card scheme, and fraud disputes with risk teams.

Compliance and Reporting

• Collaborate with AML and Risk teams to optimize processes and support adherence to regulatory standards.
• Support regulatory reporting with schemes, BIN sponsors, and partners.

Requirements

• Professional, nearly fluent English is required.
• Strong communication, independent decision-making, creative problem-solving, and willingness to learn are required.
• Three to five years of experience is preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of card management systems, card network rules, card issuing operations, or fintech product management is advantageous or a plus.
• Mandarin Chinese is a plus but not required.
