Business fluent English.

Coursework and motivation in the following topics: electrochemistry, materials science, electrochemical storage systems, batteries, chemistry, physics, data science, electric or plug-in hybrid vehicles, and/or techno-economic analysis.

Excellent time-management skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.

Excellent organizational and planning skills.

Attention to detail and clear documentation.

Self-motivated, adaptable to a dynamic environment.

Able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office including strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Proficiency with AI models (e.g., Claude, GPT, Gemini) and/or AI tools (e.g., Perplexity, Cursor).

An openness to experiment with AI models and tools for use cases relevant to the battery field and/or technology scouting.

Hands-on experience with programming languages, such as Python, MATLAB, or JavaScript.

Preferences: Proven experience in electrochemical storage systems, especially lithium-ion batteries. Hands-on experience with battery materials development, processing, manufacturing, and/or recycling. Hands-on experience with cell design, cell manufacturing, and/or cell performance testing. Experience and confidence in collaborating with internal and external colleagues of diverse skills and motivations, including internationally.
