Position Overview
Best Buy Canada is seeking a Product Manager for inventory planning and merchandising technology.
The role supports tools used to decide what products to carry, where they belong, and when they are needed.
The position partners with business, engineering, and operations teams to improve planning, inventory performance, profitability, and customer experience.
Core Responsibilities
- Own the Merchandising Business Enablement roadmap and prioritize its backlog.
- Translate merchandising and inventory needs into product outcomes and practical technology solutions.
- Work with software and data engineering teams to deliver iterative value.
- Manage integrations, APIs, data flows, partner platforms, and delivery dependencies.
- Support training, adoption, change readiness, and alignment on priorities and trade-offs.
- Track adoption, efficiency, data quality, product outcomes, and business impact.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of product owner or product manager experience are required.
- Experience with merchandising, inventory planning, supply chain, forecasting, or related retail areas is required.
