Best Buy Canada is seeking a Product Manager for inventory planning and merchandising technology.
The role supports transformation of the Merchandise Management ecosystem and works across merchandising, inventory, forecasting, replenishment, allocation, category management, and pricing.
The position uses a remote-first working model with collaboration opportunities at the Vancouver head office.
What you will do
- Own the Merchandising Business Enablement roadmap and align it with business and technology goals.
- Translate merchandising and inventory needs into product outcomes with business leaders.
- Prioritize the backlog using user needs, business value, complexity, dependencies, and capacity.
- Work with software and data engineering teams to deliver iterative value.
- Manage integrations, APIs, data flows, and partner platforms across a complex ecosystem.
- Track adoption, efficiency, data quality, product outcomes, and business impact.
- Support communication, training, adoption, and change readiness.
What they are looking for
- 2 to 4 years of product owner or product manager experience; retail technology is an asset.
