Analyze data, uncover opportunities, and optimize processes across the Brampton distribution centre.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on continuous improvement initiatives and more efficient ways of working.
Workplace
- This is an on-site role at the Best Buy Brampton distribution centre.
What you’ll do
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and model business processes.
- Use FMEA, process mapping, and value stream mapping to identify process optimization opportunities.
- Gather project requirements with Lean team members and stakeholders.
- Analyze performance metrics using root cause analysis and data analysis.
- Identify system improvements that support business performance, budgets, and goals.
- Support implementation of business solutions and required processes.
- Oversee enterprise business process and performance system effectiveness.
- Govern business tools, reports, and applications.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree or higher university degree level.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent is an asset.
