Role Overview
Lead product management for inventory planning and merchandising technology at Best Buy Canada.
The role supports decisions about product assortment, placement, timing, forecasting, replenishment, allocation, category management, and pricing.
Partner with business, engineering, data, operations, vendors, and implementation teams to improve planning and inventory performance.

- The role follows a remote-first working model with opportunities to collaborate at the Vancouver head office for strategic, collaborative, and social purposes.
Responsibilities
- Own the Merchandising Business Enablement roadmap aligned with business and technology goals.
- Translate merchandising and inventory needs into product outcomes and prioritize the backlog across value, complexity, dependencies, and capacity.
- Work with software and data engineering teams to deliver iterative user value.
- Connect inventory and assortment planning needs to practical technology solutions.
- Partner with internal teams and vendors to deliver capabilities and manage dependencies.
- Shape merchandising and inventory planning technology strategy and scalable enterprise solutions.
