Role overview
Best Buy Canada is hiring a Product Manager for inventory planning and merchandising technology.
The role supports tools that determine product assortment, placement, timing, inventory performance, profitability, and customer experience.
The position works across merchandising, inventory, forecasting, replenishment, allocation, category management, and pricing.
What you will do
- Own the Merchandising Business Enablement roadmap and prioritize the product backlog.
- Translate business needs into product outcomes and work with software and data engineering teams on delivery.
- Manage integrations, APIs, data flows, partner platforms, dependencies, communication, training, adoption, and change readiness.
- Define product outcomes and track adoption, efficiency, data quality, and business impact.
- Shape technology strategy and balance business needs with scalable enterprise-wide solutions.
What we are looking for
- Two to four years of product owner or product manager experience.
- Experience with merchandising, inventory planning, supply chain, forecasting, or related retail areas.
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale technology solutions and partnering with vendors or implementation partners.
