Intermediate Application Developer- eCommerce (Shopify) Platform Support

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• - Develop and maintain application features using React.js (front‑end) and Node.js (back‑end).
• - Support integrations with multiple enterprise APIs for merchant , order, policy, and payment processing.
• - Handle and monitor webhook events, including troubleshooting failed transactions.
• - Work with Redis for caching and Cosmos DB for storing merchant and order data.
• - Deploy and support code through an Azure CI/CD pipeline.
• - Ensure secure authentication flows, including OAuth and session‑token–based communication.
• - Assist in maintaining application reliability across multi‑region active‑passive deployments.
• - Help improve system performance, scalability, and resiliency.

Required Skills

• - 3+ years of experience in application development.
• - Strong proficiency in React.js, Node.js, HTML, CSS and API development.
• - Experience working with the Shopify platform, including app development, webhook handling, API usage, and extension frameworks.
• - Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and CI/CD pipelines.
