Interior Fit-Out Engineer

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Supervise gypsum, painting, flooring, wallpaper, carpentry, and electrical and plumbing modifications.
• Review design drawings, shop drawings, and BOQs during execution.
• Coordinate with designers, contractors, suppliers, and site teams.
• Ensure execution matches approved 3D designs and drawings.
• Inspect workmanship, materials, dimensions, and finishing quality.
• Prepare quantity take-offs and BOQs when required.
• Track site progress, schedules, deliveries, and installations.
• Resolve site issues, conduct snagging and inspections, and complete final handover.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in interior fit-out and finishing projects.
• Strong knowledge of interior finishes, joinery, and site execution.
• Ability to read and review AutoCAD drawings, shop drawings, and BOQs.
• Residential villa and high-end interior project experience is preferred.
• Good communication, coordination, attention to detail, and finishing-quality standards are required.
• The candidate must have their own car for site visits.
