About the Role
We are seeking an Interior Fit-Out and Finishing Supervisor for a full-time, on-site role in Riyadh. You will oversee interior fit-out activities, coordinate trades, ensure quality standards, and manage subcontractors.

Responsibilities
- Oversee day to day execution of interior fit out and finishing activities
- Monitor site progress, coordinate trades, and ensure work adheres to approved designs, specifications, and quality standards
- Plan daily tasks, supervise subcontractors and site labor
- Check finishing materials and workmanship, and ensure proper installation of furniture, joinery, and decorative elements
- Review drawings, resolve on site issues, track materials, and report progress, risks, and delays to management
- Enforce safety regulations, maintain a clean and organized work site
- Collaborate with designers, project managers, and clients to achieve timely, on budget delivery
Requirements
- Proven experience supervising interior fit out and finishing works, ideally in high end residential, retail, or showroom projects
- Strong understanding of interior finishes, joinery, furniture installation, and quality control for luxury spaces
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, interior, and shop drawings
- Skilled in site coordination, scheduling daily activities, and managing subcontractors and labor teams
- Knowledge of site safety practices, local building standards, and best practices for interior construction and finishing
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- High attention to detail, with a focus on workmanship, alignment, color matching, and overall visual consistency
- Proficiency in basic project documentation, such as site reports, snag lists, and material tracking
- Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience working in Riyadh or the region and familiarity with local suppliers and practices is an advantage
- Ability to work on site full time, manage changing priorities, and meet tight deadlines
