Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new project opportunities in the interior design, fit out, and FF&E sectors
- Build and maintain relationships with developers, consultants, architects, project managers, hotel operators, and key decision makers
- Monitor upcoming projects, tenders, and market opportunities
- Arrange meetings and presentations to introduce the company’s services and capabilities
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into business opportunities
- Coordinate with design, sales, and project teams during proposal and tender stages
- Maintain an active pipeline of opportunities and provide regular progress reports
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions
- Support negotiations and commercial discussions with potential clients and partners
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in business development within interior design, fit out, FF&E, luxury retail, hospitality, or construction sectors
- Proven track record in identifying, pursuing, and securing high value projects
- Strong understanding of the Saudi market and project procurement processes
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Self motivated, target driven, and capable of working independently
- Fluency in both Arabic and English
- Established network of relationships with developers, consultants, architects, hospitality operators, project management firms, royal projects, and high end residential clients within Saudi Arabia
