Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Doha, Qatar, for an Interior Designer specializing in Fit Out.
The Interior Designer will be responsible for space planning, creating construction drawings, selecting furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), and delivering innovative interior design solutions.
Day-to-day tasks include interpreting and developing client briefs, preparing design concepts, collaborating with architects and contractors, and ensuring that projects meet both aesthetic and functional requirements while adhering to deadlines.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Interior Design and Space Planning, with a strong eye for aesthetics and functionality
- Experience in Architecture and creating detailed Construction Drawings for fit-out projects
- Knowledge of FF&E selection, sourcing, and coordination
- Strong communication and client interaction skills to understand and translate client visions into design solutions
- Familiarity with interior design software and tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Work experience in luxury or high-end interior design projects is an advantage
- Ability to work effectively in a team and meet project deadlines
- An understanding of material selection, finishes, and cost-effectiveness
- Must be in Doha, Qatar
