About the Role
CPG Corporation is seeking an experienced Interior Designer to lead design concepts, documentation, and project execution for various clients. The role requires proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM, and 3D software, with over 5 years of relevant experience and a diploma in Interior Design.

Responsibilities
- Prepare interior design concept and schematic designs using sketches and 3D software
- Brief formulation and documentation
- Feasibility studies, planning layout and Conceptual Interior Design with options
- Prepare and present interior design considerations to client, consultants and contractors
- Design development including schematic design, detailed drawings and tender specifications
- Preparation of interior design documents for calling of tenders, quotations, including FFE selection
- Recommendation and Appointment of contractors
- Conduct and document ID meetings with contractors, consultants and clients
- Review/approve contractors' interior design submissions or queries
- Monitor and manage interior design works and progress on site
- Inspect interior design works on site for quality and compliance
- Assist with verification of as built drawings, defect rectification and handover
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Interior Design or related function
- More than 5 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in AutoCAD, BIM and relevant 3D software

Job Responsibilities
