- Develop interior and architectural design concepts based on client requirements
- Prepare layouts, mood boards, 3D visualizations, and presentation materials
- Produce detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers during project execution
- Conduct site visits, measurements, and inspections as required
- Ensure designs comply with project requirements, budgets, and applicable regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in interior design, architectural design, or fit out projects
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other 3D rendering software such as 3ds Max, V Ray, Lumion, Enscape, or Twinmotion
- Strong knowledge of space planning, material selection, furniture layouts, and construction detailing
- Ability to prepare detailed shop drawings, working drawings, and design presentations
- Experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, or retail projects is an advantage
- Familiarity with local building regulations, standards, and fit out requirements
- Strong visualization, creative design, and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with clients, consultants, suppliers, and project teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Portfolio showcasing completed design projects is required
