Responsibilities
- Develop interior design concepts for office, technical, and collaborative spaces
- Perform space planning, prepare design presentations, select finishes and FF&E
- Coordinate with architecture and engineering teams and produce detailed construction drawings
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure designs meet functional requirements, safety standards, and brand guidelines
- Conduct site visits, review work in progress, and make design adjustments to maintain quality, schedule, and budget
Requirements
- Strong Interior Design and Space Planning skills
- Architecture related competencies, including understanding building systems and codes
- Proficiency in Construction Drawings, including detailed plans, sections, and elevations
- FF&E expertise, including selection, specification, and coordination
- Proficiency in design and visualization software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar)
- Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a closely related field
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working on technology, office, or high performance workplace projects in the Gulf region or similar environments is an advantage
