- Support the Sales Head in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, and corporate sectors
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, online platforms, and industry events
- Schedule and attend client meetings, site visits, and project discussions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, developers, and property management companies
- Follow up on inquiries and convert prospects into business opportunities
- Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, quotations, and tender submissions
- Liaise with design, estimation, procurement, and project teams to ensure accurate project costing and proposal preparation
- Maintain and update CRM records, client databases, and sales pipelines
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and forecasts

- Experience in the UAE interior design, fit out, construction, or related sectors
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to generate leads and convert prospects

Overview
- We are looking for a proactive and motivated Sales Manager to support business growth and client acquisition for our Interior Design & Fit Out division.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development
- Support the Sales Head in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, and corporate sectors.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, online platforms, and industry events.

Client Relationship Management
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design team to develop suitable solutions.
- Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the sales process.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and promote repeat business opportunities.
Coordination & Project Support
- Liaise with design, estimation, procurement, and project teams to ensure accurate project costing and proposal preparation.
- Monitor project progress and support smooth handover from sales to project execution teams.
- Assist in resolving client concerns and project related issues.
Sales Administration & Reporting
- Maintain and update CRM records, client databases, and sales pipelines.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and forecasts.
- Track quotations, proposals, and contract status.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends within the UAE interior design and fit out industry.
