Job Summary

  • We are looking for a dynamic and result oriented Business Development Manager for an Interior Design & Fit Out company in Dubai.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth across residential interior projects.
  • The candidate should have strong knowledge of the Dubai interior fit out market, excellent networking abilities, and the capability to convert leads into successful projects.

Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales

  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, site visits, and strategic partnerships.
  • Identify new business opportunities in residential fit out sectors.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with consultants, architects, contractors, developers, and corporate clients.
  • Conduct client meetings to understand project requirements and present company capabilities.
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
  • Coordinate with the design and estimation teams for project costing and technical proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and CRM database.

Market Research & Strategy

  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies in the Dubai fit out industry.
  • Identify upcoming projects, tenders, and developer opportunities.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build long term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction throughout the sales and execution process.
  • Attend project handovers and maintain post sales follow ups.

Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate internally with design, execution, procurement, and accounts teams.
  • Prepare weekly sales reports, pipeline reports, and revenue forecasts.
  • Achieve KPIs related to sales conversion, revenue generation, and client acquisition.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

Experience

  • 3–4 years of business development or sales experience in Interior Design / Fit Out industry in Dubai.
  • Strong understanding of turnkey interior projects and fit out processes.
  • Existing network with consultants, developers, PMC companies, and corporate clients is preferred.

Skills Required

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong presentation and client handling abilities.
  • Knowledge of interior materials, fit out processes, and project lifecycle.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve revenue targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and proposal preparation.
  • UAE driving license preferred.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Monthly & quarterly sales targets achieved.
  • Number of qualified leads generated.
  • Conversion ratio from lead to closure.
  • Client retention and repeat business.
  • Revenue generated from new and existing clients.
