Interior Design Project Manager - (10+ YOE)

To the preparation of design document and detailed development of construction documents during all project phases.

ASSISTS

In communication of design intent, verbally, graphically and in writing to the internal design team as well as clients, consultants and contractors.

In Construction Administration, including but not limited to shop drawings, material submittals and conducts periodic site visits during construction.

In developing and refining team strategies and resources.

ATTRIBUTES

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written and graphic communication skills.

Dedicated to delivering high quality design.

Initiative and desire to help build our Multifamily Interior Design & Branding portfolio and footprint.

Team Player with a collaborative mindset.

About You

10+ years of related experience, including demonstrated success as a project manager on a range of interior architectural project types including multifamily & hospitality.

Experience leading, managing and mentoring multiple project teams.

Experience interfacing with clients and collaborating with Architecture & Consultant teams.

Experience negotiating project scope, fees and budgets, both internal and external.

Experience in leading and mentoring a team of designers.

Knowledge of construction details, building codes and accessibility standards.

Proficiency with Revit.

Capability with Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam.

Bachelor or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.

Ability to Commute: Baltimore, MD 21202 (Required).

Work Location: Hybrid, In person 3 days a week (Required).

Licensure is required – Architecture or NCIDQ .

The projected base salary for this full-time position is $108,000 - $125,000. HCM’s salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, as well as the individual’s education, experience, and skillsets. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of HCM’s total compensation package for employees.
