Responsibilities
- Inspect interior fit-out and finishing works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor workmanship, materials, and installation quality.
- Review material submissions, mock-ups, and shop drawings.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and site teams to resolve site issues.
- Identify non-conformances and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Monitor progress and maintain inspection records and reports.
- Assist with snagging, de-snagging, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, QA/QC procedures, and UAE authority requirements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in interior design supervision, fit-out, or construction projects.
- UAE experience within a consultancy or supervision environment preferred.
- Strong knowledge of interior finishes, joinery, FF&E, and fit-out works.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and construction drawings.
