About the Role
BeWunder is looking for an Interim Talent Acquisition Specialist on a freelance basis to manage end-to-end recruitment for full-time hires. You will partner with hiring leads, source candidates, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience.

Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake briefing to offer management and onboarding handover
- Partner with hiring leads and leadership to understand hiring needs and define recruitment strategies
- Source, attract, and engage high quality candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, and direct sourcing
- Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
- Coordinate and manage interview processes, ensuring positive candidate experience
- Act as a sparring partner to hiring leads, providing guidance on talent availability, salary benchmarks, market trends, and recruitment best practices
- Build and maintain talent pipelines and networks for current and future hiring needs
- Ensure recruitment activities are accurately documented and maintained within the applicant tracking and HR systems Personio
- Support employer branding initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes
- Collaborate closely with the People & Culture team and key business stakeholders across the organisation
- Track and report recruitment activities, hiring progress, and key talent acquisition metrics
Requirements
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Executive Search within the UAE market
- Experience recruiting within the Event Production, Construction, Fit Out, AVL, Engineering, or Technical Services industries
- Existing network of professionals across the UAE and wider GCC market
- Demonstrated experience managing end to end recruitment processes across multiple functions and seniority levels
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to advise and challenge hiring leads constructively
- Excellent sourcing capabilities and experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent attraction channels
- Strong communication, interviewing, and relationship building skills
- Highly organised, self driven, and able to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Valid UAE Residence Visa

Your profile

- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
