About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Interface Management Plans, registers, matrices, and agreements (IAs)
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and installation teams to prevent interface clashes
- Oversee documentation workflows, transmittals, and data exchange systems
- Facilitate interface alignment between contractors, subcontractors, and third parties
- Monitor and track interface deliverables, approvals, and KPIs
- Identify interface risks and drive mitigation strategies
- Maintain interface databases, logs, and reporting systems
- Ensure compliance with project controls and support audits & QA checks
- Lead closure of interface agreements, ensuring as built documentation accuracy
- Prepare status reports and lessons learned reports for management
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Sciences
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in Interface Management (Oil & Gas projects)
- Proven experience in large scale offshore/onshore EPC projects
- Strong knowledge of interface management processes & documentation systems
- Excellent stakeholder coordination & communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and interface/document management software
- Fluent in English (written & spoken)
