The role focuses on leading the strategy for digital transformation in facilities and operational management, particularly for large-scale projects like Expo 2030 in Riyadh.
Main Responsibilities
- Define the target operating model and technology architecture for integrated facilities and estate operations.
- Develop digital strategy across smart facilities management, asset intelligence, and lifecycle management.
- Implement predictive maintenance, occupancy and utilization analytics, and environmental quality monitoring.
- Lead requirements and integration planning for IWMS, CAFM, CMMS, BMS platforms, IoT ecosystems, and safety systems.
- Design use cases for predictive maintenance and operational optimization.
- Define strategies for asset tracking and workforce scheduling.
- Drive workflows for maintenance operations and emergency response.
- Assess vendors across smart building technologies and support RFP preparation.
Key Requirements
- Prior experience with mega-events, smart cities, or large venues.
- Proven facilities-management or smart-building technology strategy expertise.
- Strong knowledge of IWMS, CAFM, CMMS platforms.
- Experience with asset management and predictive maintenance.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
- Nice to Have:
- Experience in smart infrastructure and intelligent operations.
- Background in command-and-control environments.
- Experience in public-facing operational ecosystems.
• Contract Length: 3-Month (Extendable)
