We are seeking a Capital Markets Senior Associate with 1–3 years of experience in Client Lifecycle Management (CLM), onboarding, and KYC operations to support institutional and corporate banking clients. The role is responsible for conducting onboarding reviews, performing customer due diligence activities, supporting screening investigations, and ensuring operational accuracy, regulatory compliance, and positive client outcomes What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in Client Lifecycle Management, KYC, onboarding, or financial services operations.
• Good understanding of onboarding processes, customer due diligence, and compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of sanctions screening, beneficial ownership reviews, and regulatory documentation.
• Familiarity with FATCA, CRS, or tax documentation processes is preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in high-volume, SLA-driven environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and workflow management tools Working Conditions ? The candidate must be flexible to work US, EMEA, APAC, or rotational shifts and be willing to extend shift hours during transitions, high volumes, remediation activities, or critical operational events, as needed.
