Role Overview
The Insurance Associate supports daily insurance operations, including policy administration, customer service, claims, renewals, documentation, and general insurance processing.
The role ensures policies and customer requests are handled accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with insurance applications, quotations, policy issuance, renewals, and amendments.
- Prepare and review policy documents, certificates, forms, correspondence, and administrative records.
- Maintain customer and policy records and respond to enquiries about coverage, premiums, renewals, and policy terms.
- Assist with claims registration, documentation, follow-up, and processing.
- Coordinate with insurers, brokers, agents, customers, and internal teams.
- Monitor policy expiries, renewals, payments, and outstanding documents.
- Support premium processing, invoices, refunds, payment follow-up, underwriting, compliance checks, and audits.
- Update insurance and CRM systems, maintain secure records, and support process improvements.
Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Previous insurance, finance, customer service, or administrative experience is preferred.
