Role Overview
The Finance Executive supports daily finance and accounting operations, financial transactions, reporting, payments, budgeting, and financial administration.
The role ensures accurate financial records, timely transaction processing, effective cash-flow management, and compliance with company policies and applicable requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily finance and accounting activities and transactions.
- Process invoices, payments, receipts, expenses, and financial documents.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and transaction entries.
- Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash balances.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow planning, and cost monitoring.
- Monitor outstanding invoices, payments, receivables, and financial balances.
- Review financial transactions and identify discrepancies or errors.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare financial reports, schedules, summaries, and management updates.
- Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, customers, banks, and auditors.
