Role Overview
The organization is seeking an experienced Insurance Associate to support insurance sales, policy administration, customer service, documentation, renewals, claims coordination, and insurer communication.
The role requires careful handling of sensitive policy and customer information while following insurance and compliance procedures.
Work Arrangement
- The role is part-time and fully remote in the United Arab Emirates.
Policy and Customer Support
- Assist customers with insurance inquiries, policy information, coverage details, and service requests.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, applications, policy documents, endorsements, and renewal documentation.
- Review customer information and applications for completeness and accuracy.
- Support policy issuance, amendments, cancellations, renewals, and documentation requirements.
Claims and Financial Administration
- Coordinate with insurers, brokers, underwriters, claims teams, and service providers.
- Collect claims documents, track outstanding information, and provide appropriate status updates.
