About the Role
Brunel seeks an Instrumentation & Control Supervisor for offshore brownfield and hookup projects in Doha. The role involves coordinating with contractors, ensuring safety and quality compliance, and supervising execution and commissioning.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate offshore Brownfield, Shutdown & Hook up Instrument & Control discipline representing the COMPANY, ensuring compliance with Safety, quality, integrity and project objectives.
- Coordinate with Operation and Contractors to drive efficient Brownfields and Hook up execution & Commissioning and deliver operational excellence during offshore execution phase.
- Supervise and control the activities of the Contractor / Subcontractors related to the Brownfield & Hookup execution, Mechanical Completion, Pre commissioning and Commissioning.
- Check constructability aspects and compliance to all technical requirements of deliverables provided by the Engineering, Brownfields, Hook up Team Contractor.
- Review problems, drifts and dysfunctions.
- Liaise with Contractors/Subcontractors for all subjects, Mechanical completion, Pre commissioning and Commissioning to ensure progress follow up and reporting.
- Supervise PTW meetings with contractor, coordinate with all LNG Host to deliver PTW to contractor strictly following Methods statements and JSA approved.
- Report all concerns regarding your discipline if not aligned with LNG Rules to your line management.
- Improve safety culture during offshore execution and on Marine Unit (JUB, Work Boat), follow and close all safety action under his responsibility perimeter.
- Participate in REX and Lessons Learned for the Company.
Requirements
- High national diploma
- 8 years of experience with Large Projects in Construction related disciplines in Oil & Gas Industry
- Experience with Oil and Gas companies, contractors, service companies, or heavy offshore execution construction companies
- Knowledge of design standards, specifications, codes, and safety criteria related to major fabrication, transport, installation, Brownfield Execution & Commissioning and Hook up
- Knowledge of offshore facilities and structures, operations
- Knowledge of execution methods and risks associated with sour gas and LNG production facilities

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- To adhere to all safety and quality protocols and regulations during offshore execution process.
- To coordinate and ensure successful Offshore Brownfield & Hook up execution including commissioning to meet prioritized objectives.
- To supervise and control the activities of the Contractor / Subcontractors related to the Brownfield & Hookup execution, Mechanical Completion, Pre commissioning and Commissioning.
- To check the constructability aspects, as well as the compliance to all technical requirements, of the deliverables provided by the Engineering, Brownfields, Hook up Team Contractor.

Qualifications & Experience
- High national diploma
- 8 years of experience with Large Projects in Construction related disciplines (e.g., construction, installation, fabrication, execution, completion, hook up, etc.) in the Oil & Gas Industry.
- Experience with Oil and Gas companies, contractors, service companies, or heavy offshore execution construction companies.
- Knowledge of design standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteria related to major fabrication, transport, installation, Brownfield Execution & Commissioning and Hook up, as applicable to the project scope.
- Knowledge of offshore facilities and structures, operations as applicable to project scope.
- Knowledge of execution methods and risks associated with sour gas and LNG production facilities.
- Experience working in large scale operating organizations in Operations, Projects, Subsurface, etc.
