Responsibilities
- Install, commission, and maintain field instrumentation equipment
- Perform calibration of pressure, temperature, flow, and level instruments
- Troubleshoot and repair instrumentation and control systems
- Inspect, test, and maintain control valves, actuators, and positioners
- Read and interpret P&IDs, loop drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Assist in PLC, DCS, and SCADA related maintenance tasks
- Prepare calibration reports and maintenance documentation
- Ensure all work is carried out according to HSE and company procedures
- Support plant shutdowns, turnarounds, and commissioning activities
Requirements
- Diploma or ITI in Instrumentation
- 2–5 years of experience as an Instrumentation Technician in industrial plants
- Knowledge of process control instruments and calibration techniques
- Familiarity with PLC, DCS, and SCADA systems
- Ability to use calibration tools such as pressure calibrators, HART communicators, and multimeters
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities

Job Summary
- We are seeking a skilled Instrumentation Technician to install, maintain, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair instrumentation and control systems used in industrial facilities.
- The ideal candidate should have hands on experience with field instruments, control valves, transmitters, PLC systems, and calibration equipment while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
