- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions
- Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction
- Support customer retention activities and encourage customers to continue using the company’s services
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate complex issues when required
- Maintain accurate records of customer conversations, complaints, and follow ups
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer related issues
- Collect customer feedback and share relevant information with the management
- Achieve assigned customer service and retention targets
- Maintain a professional and positive relationship with customers
Requirements
- 0–1 year of experience in customer service, call centre, telesales, or customer retention
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also apply
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Knowledge of Hindi/Urdu or Arabic is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer management systems
- Good problem solving, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple customer requests
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
