Instructional Technical Designer (Web Development / eLearning) - Temporary position

This is a 6-month temporary position.

We’re looking for an Instructional Technical Designer who blends instructional design expertise with front-end/web development skills to create engaging, scalable digital learning experiences.

You’ll partner with SMEs and stakeholders to turn complex topics into clear learning journeys, then bring them to life using modern eLearning tools and custom HTML/CSS/JavaScript when off-the-shelf templates aren’t enough.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building interactive modules, troubleshooting LMS/eLearning behavior, and elevating learner experience through thoughtful design and clean code.

• Design engaging digital learning assets (eLearning modules, videos, interactive content, knowledge checks, job aids) aligned to objectives and learner context.
• Create learning artifacts such as outlines, storyboards, scripts, and objectives to guide development and stakeholder review.
• Iterate content using feedback, results, and product/process updates to keep training current and effective.
• Design and maintain learning experiences that remain current amid frequent product and UI updates, proactively refreshing content to prevent obsolescence and learner confusion while maintaining accurate status in project management systems and tracking documentation.
• Ensure instructional materials are consistently aligned across the active training course library by coordinating updates, retirements, and consolidations with product changes and learning objectives.
