Instructional Systems Designer - Kirkpatrick Experience

• On-Site Requirement: Full time onsite in Arlington, Virginia.
• Current or obtainable Public Trust security clearance required.

What You Bring to the Table - Requirements

• Security Clearance: Current or obtainable Public Trust clearance
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in education, adult education, curriculum and instruction, or related degree (A graduate degree in education or related fields is preferred). In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, at least ten (10) years of work experience as described below.
• Experience - Methodological Knowledge : At least five (5) years of work experience with formal training program evaluation using industry methodologies such as the Kirkpatrick model, developing training program performance metrics and reporting mechanisms.
• Instructional Track Record : Proven professional teaching and facilitation experience spanning both physical classroom and virtual environments.
• Advanced Software Proficiency : Expert-level hands-on experience utilizing Microsoft Office and corporate productivity suites, specifically: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access Microsoft Visio (process mapping) Microsoft Project (timeline/milestone tracking)

• Delivery Platforms : Familiarity or direct experience managing virtual sessions and tracking enrollment through MS Teams, Webex, and federal or institutional Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Salary Range: $80,000 – $105,000 annually.
