What You Bring to the Table - Requirements
- Security Clearance: Current or obtainable Public Trust clearance
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in education, adult education, curriculum and instruction, or related degree (A graduate degree in education or related fields is preferred). In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, at least ten (10) years of work experience as described below.
- Experience - Methodological Knowledge : At least five (5) years of work experience with formal training and instructional techniques classroom and virtual instruction; blended learning; workshops; simulations; case studies; and microlearning events
- Instructional Track Record : Proven professional teaching and facilitation experience spanning both physical classroom and virtual environments.
- Advanced Software Proficiency : Expert-level hands-on experience utilizing Microsoft Office and corporate productivity suites, specifically: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access Microsoft Visio (process mapping) Microsoft Project (timeline/milestone tracking)
- Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access

- Microsoft Project (timeline/milestone tracking)
- Delivery Platforms : Familiarity or direct experience managing virtual sessions and tracking enrollment through MS Teams, Webex, and federal or institutional Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Salary Range: $80,000 – $105,000 annually.
