Role Overview

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient guest service according to brand standards.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, facilities, events, local conditions, and current events.
• Rotate across morning, afternoon, and night shifts.
• Handle incoming calls and wake-up calls.
• Work with team members, supervisors, managers, and other departments respectfully.
• Protect guest privacy and ensure guest details are not disclosed.
• Own guest requests, communicate delays, and follow up to confirm satisfaction.
• Handle emergency calls promptly and efficiently.
• Use Messagebox to log requests and issues.
• Check emails promptly and take required action.
• Attend shift briefings, read handovers, and participate in departmental meetings.
