The role is a hands-on field leadership position responsible for daily crew execution, quality standards, and on-site problem resolution.
The supervisor will lead multiple installation teams simultaneously and report to the Installation Manager.
The work takes place across client sites in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise multiple installation crews across client sites.
- Ensure daily installation plans are delivered on time and to the company's quality standard.
- Allocate manpower based on workload and individual capability.
- Identify and resolve site issues quickly to prevent delays.
- Coach and develop installers on the job.
- Maintain accountability, discipline, and professionalism across all crews.
- Provide clear progress updates to the Installation Manager.
Requirements
- Four to eight years of experience in furniture, doors, closets, kitchens, joinery, or fit-out installation.
- One to three years of experience leading installation teams or crews.
- Strong technical knowledge of installation quality standards.
- Experience managing multiple crews simultaneously is preferred.
- UAE or GCC experience is an advantage.
Work Environment
- The role requires field work across client sites in the UAE.
