About the Role
Own end-to-end installation performance for an assigned operational cluster.
Translate demand and capacity plans into reliable on-the-ground execution.
Serve as the key link between the Head of Operations and frontline Supervisors.
What You'll Own
- Own installation performance for the assigned cluster or area, including manpower allocation and workload balancing.
- Translate installation plans into executable daily and weekly operations.
- Set supervisor objectives, review performance, and provide coaching and development.
- Manage escalated customer issues and protect customer commitments.
- Eliminate installation balance work and implement root-cause corrective action.
- Enforce safety culture and standards across installation teams.
- Manage installation productivity, cost, overtime, and manpower.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing multi-site or multi-team field or installation operations.
- BE Civil degree with at least 8 years of experience in a similar industry.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills focused on developing people.
- Ability to coordinate across Sales, Planning, Production, Logistics, and Customer Service.
