Position Details
QA/QC Engineer - Electrical Engineering in the Building & Infrastructure construction department.
Reports to the Head of the Department - Building & Infrastructure.
Works with consultants, contractors, project management teams, and project QC engineers.
Minimum Required Qualifications
- Manages QC engineers across various trades and disciplines.
- Requires fluent English and good technical reporting skills in English.
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Requires a Lead Auditor certificate in QMS ISO 9001:2008 or higher.
- Requires development training in QA/QC management.
- Requires familiarity with FIDIC contracts and strong knowledge of Project Quality Plans.
- Must be able to prepare and review Project Quality Plans.
- Requires excellent understanding and interpretation of project specifications.
- Requires at least eight years of QA/QC management experience in construction.
- Arabic speaking ability, a postgraduate management degree, and project management training are preferred.
Primary Functions
- Support development and implementation of the Project Quality Delivery Plan and related quality processes.
