- Review institutional performance, compliance, and KPIs
- Identify gaps, risks, and regulatory issues
- Produce clear, evidence based inspection reports and recommendations
- Contribute to improving education standards at a national level
Requirements
- Master's degree in Education, Quality Assurance, Higher Education, Public Policy or related
- 3+ years experience in higher education QA, accreditation, inspection, or regulatory roles
- Proven experience in audits/inspections, data/KPI verification, and writing structured reports
- Willingness to travel across the UAE
- Bilingual: Arabic & English
- Experience with UAE or international regulators/accreditation bodies (strongly preferred)
- Background in government, regulatory, or compliance environments (strongly preferred)
- QA/Audit certifications (strongly preferred)
