Account Manager (UAE National)

Overview

• We’re looking for a UAE National Account Manager to join our Skills business in Abu Dhabi, focused on driving growth across government (B2G) accounts.
• This role is ideal for someone who understands how to navigate government stakeholders, build long-term relationships, and close high-value opportunities within workforce development, training, and skills programmes.
• What you’ll be doing:
• Driving new business across government entities for skills and training solutions
• Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
• Building and growing strategic client relationships
• Leading complex deals with multiple stakeholders
• Presenting training and workforce solutions, clearly articulating value
• Meeting and exceeding revenue targets
• What we’re looking for:
• 4–7 years’ experience in B2G sales, ideally within training, L&D, or skills development (B2B exposure also valuable)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Experience managing long-term client relationships
• Commercially driven and comfortable in a target-led environment
