The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective customers while providing critical support to the Knowles Sales team, Manufacturer Representatives, and Distribution Partners. This role partners closely with Customer Service, Product Management, and Sales teams across the globe to drive revenue growth, manage customer inquiries, and deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
Facilitate pre-sales activities, including Requests for Quotes (RFQs), design registrations, sample requests, and other customer requirements.
Partner with Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) and Product Management to secure approved pricing aligned with customer and business strategies.
Utilize Knowles systems and analytical tools to support annual contract negotiations, evaluate RFQs, and manage design registration opportunities.
Proactively nurture sales opportunities and leads through regular customer engagement, focusing on conversion and revenue growth.
Assist with purchase order verification, pricing discrepancies, and credit/debit transaction resolution.

Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts, responding to RFQs, sample requests, quality concerns, accounts receivable inquiries, and other customer needs.

Travel as needed to customer sites, manufacturing locations, manufacturer representative offices, and distributor locations.
