Inside Sales Representative

Summary

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Generate revenue by quoting, soliciting and booking orders
• Communicate with prospective customers to understand and interpret technical requirements and explain types of services provided by Company.
• Work with the Regional Sales Managers to identify and develop new customers.
• Support customer order lifecycle as required; validating delivery schedules and shipment methods, and support any customer support requested during order processing.
• Confer with customers to verify satisfaction with product or to resolve any complaints and concerns.
• Submit periodic sales activity reports.
• Respond to inquiries providing information related to products, pricing, delivery and availability.
• Customer Inventory management
• Export Compliance Management

Other Duties & Responsibilities

• Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures.
• Comply with all quality and ITAR policies, practices and procedures.
• Build meaningful and productive relationships with internal business partners.
• Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
