High Tech Hub Trading is a Qatar-based provider of engineered architectural systems, serving both private and government clients across residential, commercial, industrial, and VIP facilities.

The company specializes in the supply and installation of steel works, glass solutions, UPVC systems, automatic gates, rolling shutters, fire-rated doors, and structural pergola systems.

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and professional Arabic-speaking Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team in Qatar.

The ideal candidate should have some experience in construction-related sales and strong communication skills to handle client inquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and coordination with suppliers and project teams.

The role involves dealing with contractors, consultants, developers, and individual clients while promoting the company’s products and services.

Requirements

  • Arabic and English speaking
  • Previous experience in inside sales or construction material sales
  • Good understanding of the construction market in Qatar
  • Experience handling quotations, client follow-ups, and sales coordination
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple inquiries
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic ERP/quotation systems is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming sales inquiries and client communication
  • Prepare quotations and follow up with customers
  • Coordinate with suppliers and operations teams
  • Maintain customer relationships and generate new opportunities
  • Support project sales and documentation processes
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and reporting requirements
