Inside Sales Representative

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Comfortable making outbound calls and cold-calling prospective advertisers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Experience selling digital marketing, online advertising, or technology solutions preferred
• Knowledge of digital advertising campaign management preferred
• Familiarity with audience targeting, analytics, and performance metrics such as CPM, impressions, and click-through rates (CTR) preferred

• Ability to work standard business hours; occasional evenings or weekends may be required based on sales campaigns or deadlines
